A “shoppe complex” built by Cavalear Realty as part of their Stonehenge condominium development. Construction started in 1970 and was expected to be completed in late 1971. Completion was pushed through 1972. The complex was completed in January 1973.

Joseph’s opened in 1953 and was located on the northeast corner of Dorr Street and Secor Road. Other buildings were added to the property and these were eventually all connected, creating what was called both Dorr-Secor Plaza and Joseph’s Plaza. The property was eventually purchased by the University of Toledo and became the Southwest Academic Center (SWAC), later renamed Rocket Hall.
