This small house sat behind the garage at 3127 Fairbanks (visible far left). Visible to the right is the west side of Economy Garage (6106 W. Central) and far right the rear of the house at 6112 W. Central. Demolished c1970.


Was located just north of Central Avenue on the west side of Fairbanks. Stone block style home, with detached garage. Demolished in the early 1980’s. 3137 Fairbanks is visible on the far right. 3129 is blocked by this house.

1012 Huron was built in 1860. It was located in Toledo’s Vistula Historic District. The home was owned by Samuel and Anna Maltz c1948. It was later owned by their son Leo Maltz c1959. It switched many hands over the decades before being demolished in 2023. It was deemed to have “no features of architectural or historic significance.”
