Structures on this property were moved or demolished before the Gulf station was built, c1958. Became Tony’s Gulf (c1979) and Licata’s Sunoco (c1983). Various updates/modifications were made to the building over the years before being demolished c2004. A new struture was built on the property.

Was owned and operated by Harold and Marguerite Hall from 1960 to 1976 when the property was sold and began being developed into auto dealerships. Carryout was demolished. Two houses on the property were relocated a block north to Goodhue Drive. The former carryout site is currently the front parking lot of Jim White Toyota (Formerly Lexus of Toledo). As part of the development, Fairbanks Avenue was also extended south across Central Avenue.
