Built c1945. Former Reiter family home. Later owned and rented out by George Ballas (c1987). Was located next door to (south of) Central Arena (Roller Skating). Demolished to make way for Urban Active Fitness parking area (c2007). Currently Esporta Fitness.

Built c1950. Managed by William Vollmer (c1960) and Lucille Long (c1971 -c1987). Later became Insun’s Hide-Away (c1988) and Rose Blossom (c1998).
