Built c1921 as Hi-Speed Gas Station (later E.E. Moore’s Hi-Speed Station). Might have been a laundromat in the late ’40s/early ’50s.

Circa-1974 the location was owned by Drucilla Noble and operated as Sound Asylum Records. Ownership of the property was transferred in 2018.
