Built c1949 by Raymond Rasmussen. Early tenant was Urban’s Meat Market (c1950).
Charles Wahl relocated Walt’s Carry Out from the corner of Dorr and McCord to 601 N. McCord in the 1960s. Wahl sold the business in 1971. Since then the location has been home to various businesses.
